Susan was born psychic in a small town in Texas in 1949. Her earliest recollection occurred at the age of three when she learned to astral travel out of her body and watch herself from the ceiling in her home. Those early years were scary for her in that she didn’t understand her psychic abilities of feeling the emotions of others, seeing the future and hearing voices from the others side. In her writings, she talks about her near death experience at the age of 6, which set her on her journey to find enlightenment.

Susan married in 1969 and has been married to Michael, her soulmate since. She has two boys, Joshua and Zachary, and two grandchildren, Jenny and Jack.

From 1988 to 1998, Susan owned and operated a metaphysical bookstore: Starbrite Books in New York. In 1988 she met her teacher Mafu, channelled by Penny Torres Rubin. She studied with them at the Foundation for Meditative Studies in Oregon, where she learned how to harness her abilities.

One technique she learned was how to talk to animals. Because of her ability to speak to animals, in 1990 she appeared on TV on such talk shows as Joan Rivers, Ricki Lake, and Carni Wilson. Susan has gone on to appear on numerous radio shows, and to lecture and speak at bookstores, centers, and organizations.

In 1996 Susan enlightened. She published her first book, System for Soul Memory in 2002. In 2010 she published her second book, The Power to Enlighten Now.
